I was left wondering how I got here. Is this a part of the “journey,” or is this all the consequences of my actions? I think it's both. I’ve struggled and gone in circles for so long. Trying and trying again, I’m so burnt out. I have nowhere left to go but home. Thank God I have home. Thank God you would never close your doors on your son. I feel still. I feel the safety of your love. I have been so confused, silently hurting for so long. You’ve given me the space to feel and to heal. I am in limbo. The world is moving, yet I am grounded. Who I was no longer matters. What I am becoming is so much more. It is almost time to emerge, I believe I am ready.
